Alexis Park Hotel In Las Vegas is a premiere all suites resort. The Alexis does not have a casino but is still only a mile from “the strip.” It has the benefit of being close enough to get all the fun you want in Vegas, but still be quite enough for those that value getting a bit of sleep at night.
Kid and pet friendly, the Alexis Resort is a family vacation alternative to the typical adult stereotype Vegas holiday. With 3 swimming pools and exotic courtyard gardens you’ll be treated to tropical luxury whether vacationing with family, having a corporate event or planning your wedding.
The Alexis Resort is located one mile from the Las Vegas strip and 2 miles from the convention center. It is across the street from the Hard Rock Hotel.

“I had been apprehensive due to mixed reviews of the Alexis!
plenty free parking for my rental car
was close enough to play and basically feel like I was living at the Hard Rock Casino
no problem with neighboring airplane landings
I stayed three nights, needing no maid service until I left
had a fridge with freezer
Bought what I needed from nearby Walgreen’s.
ALL hotel personnel were professional! Air conditioning was good and the bed was comfy.
If one irritation and I can do without TELEVISION, only a few channels available but no big deal: I didn’t come to Vegas to watch TV!“

“My stay was extremely enjoyable. I had been camping in tents for over two weeks, so it was a great relief to actually have a bed, but I wasn’t expecting a full suite with a double bed, a living room area and a bathroom with a hot tub!
There are 3 outdoor swimming pools, and a good souvenir store, as well as restaurants.
The only problem with the hotel is it’s too far to walk from the Strip (especially at night), so you’ll need to get a tax which goes for around $10-12.
Overall, I was very satisfied with the accommodations, I’d definitely recommend it to anyone.“

“We stayed at the Alexis resort because a friend recommended it.
I was very pleased with our the place. Don’t be fooled by the outside of the hotel. The rooms are clean and top notch!
Non-smoking means non-smoking! Our room was large and airy with two large screen TVs. The bed was very comfortable. This is the best of Vegas worlds: convenient to the strip for having fun, and a quiet place to rest.“

It may look like a motel with a bad faux finish the outside, but recent consumer reviews suggest the interiors and service are top notch.
Limitations:
You’ll need to catch a cab to get to the strip, especially at night.
No Casino on site (may also been seen as a benefit).
Verdict:
If you like the idea of being in Vegas and still getting some sleep at night (meaning you don’t have to be right on the strip), then you can probably get a bit more bang for your buck by staying at the Alexis.
This video is an advertisement put out by the Alexis Resort Hotel. It is pretty much what you’d expect putting everything in a positive light, but it does give you a good look around so you can get a sense of the hotel and grounds.
